30-day trial
A newly registered instructor account receives 30 consecutive days of full product access. The trial is attached to the instructor account and email and is not intended to be repeatedly recreated to avoid payment.
Paid plans
The monthly plan is £6.99 and the annual plan is £64.99. Stripe processes payment. Pricing, billing interval and automatic renewal must be shown clearly before checkout.
Automatic renewal
A paid subscription renews at the selected interval unless cancellation is scheduled before renewal. Users should be able to manage or cancel renewal through the Stripe billing portal linked from their signed-in account.
Ending access
When a trial expires, a payment fails beyond any applicable paid period, or a subscription ends, protected functions are locked. Workspace data is retained and should reappear unchanged when valid entitlement is restored to the same account.
Cancellation and cooling-off rights
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not necessarily create an immediate refund. Statutory consumer rights, including applicable cooling-off and digital-service rules, are not excluded. The checkout and confirmation process must provide the legally required pre-contract information and consent before commercial launch.
Fair renewal communication
The operator should send clear renewal and trial-ending notices, make cancellation straightforward, and avoid hidden renewal terms.
