Essential storage
The native apps and secure web app use essential authentication tokens and local storage, and may use essential cookies where the embedded or web experience requires them, to protect sessions, remember settings, support offline behaviour and keep an account-scoped local cache. These functions are necessary to provide the service.
Website storage
The reviewed public marketing website sets no first-party advertising or analytics cookies. Basic security and delivery data may be processed by the hosting network. The privacy-enhanced YouTube player is created only after you choose to play the product video; Google/YouTube may then use storage needed for the requested media service. No general consent banner is used for the reviewed baseline because no optional advertising or analytics tracker is enabled. Any future non-essential tool must remain blocked until the required notice and consent or documented exception is in place.
Installed app cache
Clearing app storage or browser site data may remove local preferences and cached records from that device. Information already synchronised to the cloud remains linked to the account, subject to retention rules.
Managing storage
Operating-system app controls and browser controls can remove local data, but doing so may sign the user out or disable offline functions. Contact [email protected] with questions about storage used by the service.
